I wake up in Lake Elsinore. Jagger and I take advantage of the clear sunny day and go for a walk down to the lake and along the shoreline. The drought has taken it’s toll here. The lake is very low and this is the time of year when it would normally be the fullest of the year. How low will they let it go?
After checking in the Host helps me back in my Coach and get settled. Here Jagger and I will take long walks by the lake and enjoy time with family living in the area. Also my cousin, who I haven’t seen in many years will be visiting from Colorado for a few days.
“You know Jagger, I really enjoy the drive east, but I am ready to stop somewhere for a while.” We have now been traveling three weeks, stopping along the way for a few days at times, to get the “flavors” of the areas that we touch. That has been nice, but there is just so much to see and experience. As much as travel inspires me, I need to focus on an area to really appreciate it.
