First light Jagger and I are hitching up the Coach and off to Surprise, AZ for the work to be completed. We again have to leave our home for the day, so we go to breakfast and then our favorite dog park in Surprise.
About half way into our hike Janessa received a troubling text. My oldest son was admitted into the ER and listed as critical.
Jagger and I are still enjoying our second stay in Arizona this year. So far this is the longest I have stayed in one spot since starting my full time RV lifestyle over a year ago. Other than our regular daily chores and lot’s of family time, there isn’t much going on. It is however, almost time to “Unplug”

At one stop, Jagger attracted the attention of a man and his wife traveling in an “A” Class motorhome. He admired the markings of Jagger and told me a very sad story about his “Aussie”.
Jagger and I left the shade at Doheny Beach parking lot and headed South towards San Clemente. Eventually we arrive safely at San Mateo State Park, located just outside Camp Pendleton Marine Base.
So on the third day the Park Ranger knocks on my door…
No sooner did we arrive and we had places to go and people to see, not to mention the doctor, dentist, tax accountant and optometrist. It was going to be a jam packed stay here in the OC, much different than most of my camps and I am looking forward to it.

One of the neighbors hens got into my daughters pasture a few days ago. No one is sure how and it couldn’t return home. The rooster would visit at the fence and seem concerned, but apparently unable to encourage her to come home…
